This weeks coursework piece was to illustrate the poem If by Rudyard Kipling. I'm kind of surprised my illustration ended up looking like this. I have mixed feelings about the advice the poem itself has to offer but its certainly fruitful territory in terms of vivid language for illustration.

BBQ Time

Dude I saw on Brighton beach on his way to a BBQ. I haven't finished this one but that big rectangle he's carrying is a lilo - the man knows how to BBQ in style!
